At Mahi Gems, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your precious crystals, healing stones, and gem products safely. Our policies are designed to provide clarity and ensure customer satisfaction throughout your shopping experience.

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of successful payment.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS for real-time tracking.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery across India: 5–9 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

Remote/rural areas may take a few additional days.

1.3 Packaging Assurance

All products are carefully packed with cushioning to ensure safe transit, especially for fragile crystals and raw stones.

Larger or premium items are double-boxed with protective layers.

1.4 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Orders below ₹999 will attract a nominal shipping fee of ₹70 or as per offer.
- For bulk/wholesale orders, shipping charges will be based on weight and delivery location.
1.5 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India via reputed courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We believe in the metaphysical power and integrity of every crystal. However, we also understand that concerns may arise. Our return policy is crafted with respect to the delicate nature of our products.

2.1 Conditions for Return/Replacement
- You received a wrong item.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- There is a major defect or quality issue.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Natural variations in crystal color, shape, or weight.
- Custom orders or charged/energized stones.
- Opened sealed pouches or used products.
- Change of mind, belief mismatch, or minor imperfections.
2.3 Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email us at support@mahigems.in or WhatsApp with your Order ID and issue details.
- Verification: Our team will validate your request with attached images/videos.
- Approval & Pickup: If approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you for secure return shipping.

2.4 Refund Terms

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

3. Order Cancellation Policy
